Privacy Policy

ArrowZip does not ask for your name, email address, phone number or password, and it does not show advertising. We do not use your device's Identifier for Advertising (IDFA), we do not track you across apps and websites owned by other companies, and we do not sell your personal information.

Anonymous player identifier. On first launch, the Game creates a random identifier and a secret key, stored in your device's secure Keychain. They let our servers recognize your device, keep your progress and restore it if you reinstall the Game on the same device.

Player profile. We give you a random player name (such as "Mighty Yak 972") and an avatar, which you can change at any time. We also store your country, based on your device's region settings and your App Store country.

Game data. Your level, coins, boosters and lives, the results of the levels you play (time, bounces, and hints and hammers used) and your daily challenge results.

Device and usage data. Your device model, iOS version, app version, language and time zone, and how you use the Game: sessions, the screens you open, the time spent on them and the actions you take, such as starting a level, using a booster or opening the shop. Like any online service, our providers' servers also receive your device's IP address when the Game connects to them.

Purchases. In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We never receive your payment card or billing details. Apple and our purchase validation provider share with us only the transaction details needed to deliver your items, such as the product purchased, the transaction identifier and its date.

Messages you send us. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the content of your message.

We use the information described above to:

Your player name, avatar, country flag and scores (levels completed, weekly results and daily challenge times) appear on public leaderboards that other players can see. Please do not use your real name or any other personal information in your player name.

We rely on service providers that process information on our behalf, only to provide the Services. Apple processes payments and RevenueCat validates purchases; links to their privacy policies are listed below. We also use hosting, analytics and diagnostic providers that run our game servers and this website and store usage and diagnostic data for us.

We may disclose information when required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud or respond to a government request.

If Singulabs is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will ask the new owner to keep using it in line with this Privacy Policy.

Singulabs is based in the United Arab Emirates, and our service providers may store and process information in the United States, the European Union and other countries, whose data protection laws may differ from those where you live. When we transfer information, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected as described in this Privacy Policy.

We keep your profile and game data for as long as you use the Game, and for a reasonable time afterwards. Usage and diagnostic data is kept for a limited period, then deleted or anonymized. Purchase records may be kept longer when required for accounting or legal reasons.

Delete your online profile. In the Game, open Settings from the home screen and tap Delete online profile. This erases your player name, leaderboard scores and cloud backup from our servers. Progress on your device is kept and you get a fresh anonymous profile.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To make a request, email contact@singulabs.ae with your player name. We may need to verify that the request comes from the owner of the device.

You can turn off sounds and vibration at any time in the Game's Settings.

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where local law requires it), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at contact@singulabs.ae and we will delete it.

The secret key that protects your profile is stored in your device's Keychain, and the Game talks to our servers over encrypted connections. We use physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process. However, no system or transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may process technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update its effective date, so please review it regularly. If the changes are significant, we will let you know in the Game. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
