Who made ArrowZip?
👋 We're Singulabs, a small indie team based in Dubai that loves puzzle games. We made ArrowZip to be the game we reach for when we have five minutes, or five hours.

How do I play?
Tap an arrow and it flies the way it points. If its path is clear, it zips off the board. If another arrow is in the way, it bounces back and you lose a heart. Clear every arrow to win the level.
How do lives work?
You have up to 5 lives. You lose one when you run out of hearts in a level and retry, or when you quit a level before finishing it. A life comes back every 30 minutes. You can also refill all your lives with coins, or get unlimited lives for a few hours with a bundle from the shop.
How does the daily challenge work?
Every day, everyone gets the same board. Your score is your time, plus 5 seconds for every bounce. Your first clear of the day earns coins, and your best time counts on the Daily leaderboard. A new challenge starts every day at midnight UTC.
How do the leaderboards work?
The World and Country leaderboards rank players by levels completed, the Weekly one by levels completed this week, and the Daily one by today's challenge time. To change your name or avatar, open Ranks and tap the pencil or your avatar. Names have 3 to 18 letters, numbers or spaces.
Will I lose my progress if I delete the game?
No. Your level and coins are backed up online with an anonymous profile stored securely on your iPhone. Reinstall ArrowZip on the same iPhone and your progress comes back. If you delete your online profile in Settings, that backup is erased.
Can I play offline?
Yes, levels play offline. The leaderboards, the daily ranking and the shop need an internet connection, and your progress syncs the next time you're online.
I bought something but didn't get it. What do I do?
Purchases are confirmed by the App Store, then added to your game. If your items don't show up, make sure you're online and reopen ArrowZip: pending purchases are delivered automatically. Still missing? Email contact@singulabs.ae with your player name and the date of the purchase.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com, signed in with the Apple Account you used for the purchase.
How do I delete my data?
In the game, open Settings from the home screen and tap Delete online profile. This erases your player name, your leaderboard scores and your cloud backup from our servers. For any other request about your data, email contact@singulabs.ae.
