Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download or use the Services.

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms. These Terms replace any prior agreement between you and us about the Services.

The Services are not directed to children under 13. If you are at least 13 but under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Services, including any purchases. Parents can control purchases with Apple's Screen Time and Ask to Buy features.

ArrowZip is a free-to-play puzzle game for iPhone and iPad with optional in-app purchases, online leaderboards and a daily challenge. Some features require an internet connection. We may add, change or remove levels, features, prices and rewards at any time, and we may stop offering the Services, in whole or in part, at any time.

You don't need an account to play. The Game creates an anonymous profile tied to your device. You are responsible for keeping your device and its access secure. If you reset your device or delete your online profile, your progress and Virtual Items may be lost and cannot be recovered.

Your player name is shown to other players. It must not be offensive, hateful, sexual or misleading, impersonate anyone, infringe anyone's rights, contain personal information or advertise anything. We may change or remove any player name, and the scores attached to it, at our discretion.

The Game includes virtual items such as coins, hints, hammers, time freezes, lives and unlimited lives ("Virtual Items"). You can earn them by playing or buy them with real money. Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold: you get a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable right to use them in the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

Virtual Items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value, and remain our property. We may manage, change or remove Virtual Items at any time, for example to balance the Game. Time-limited Virtual Items, such as unlimited lives, run in real time from the moment you get them, whether or not you are playing.

Purchases are made through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Prices are shown in the Game before you buy, and we may change them at any time.

All sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Refunds are handled by Apple: you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a purchase is not delivered, contact us at contact@singulabs.ae and we will help.

If you live in the European Union or another region with a right of withdrawal, you agree that Virtual Items are delivered immediately after purchase and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

Upon termination of the Services or of your access to them, any unused Virtual Items are forfeited without compensation, unless the law requires otherwise.

The Game, its levels, Zippy the mascot, artwork, sounds, code, and the ArrowZip name and logo are owned by Singulabs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Game on Apple devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

The Game uses third-party services that have their own terms and conditions. Links to the terms of the third-party service providers used by the Game are listed below:

We may limit, suspend or terminate your access to the Services, reset your progress or remove your scores from the leaderboards, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or use the Services in an illegal or improper way. You may stop using the Services at any time by deleting your online profile and the Game.

Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms end, and you must stop using the Game and delete it from your device.

Some features require an internet connection over Wi-Fi or your mobile network. We are not responsible if the Services do not work fully because you have no connection or have used up your data allowance. Your mobile network provider's charges, including roaming charges, still apply, and you are responsible for them. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume you have the bill payer's permission.

You are responsible for keeping your device charged and up to date. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be compatible with your device or iOS version, but you agree to accept updates to the Game when they are offered to you.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, that leaderboard positions or progress will always be preserved, or that defects will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Singulabs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress or Virtual Items, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are between you and Singulabs, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Game or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. If the Game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, which may refund the purchase price of the Game, if any. Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the Game, including product liability, legal or regulatory claims, or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

We take intellectual property rights seriously. If you believe that something in the Services infringes your copyright or other rights, please notify us promptly at contact@singulabs.ae with a description of the work and where it appears.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us at contact@singulabs.ae so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

If you are a consumer, nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, or of your right to bring a claim before its courts.
